To open an account, you'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, a National ID (NID) or birth registration certificate, and a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years old. The registration process takes just 2 minutes.

Under BD Romney's rules, each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

To update your name, date of birth, or national ID number, contact our support team and submit the required documents. Your mobile number and email address can be changed directly from your account settings.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. Completing KYC is required to make withdrawals and process large transactions. Simply upload a photo of your NID or passport along with a selfie, and verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Maximum winnings from a single bet vary by sport and market. Generally, you can win up to ৳10,00,000 on a single bet. Parlay bets with multiple selections have different limits.
