After registration, BD Romney may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. KYC must be completed using a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal access will be restricted until KYC is completed.

BD Romney supports all popular payment methods used in Bangladesh. However, the following rules must be strictly followed:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Deposits and withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• BD Romney reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions at any time.
• Accounts linked to money laundering or any illegal activity will be closed immediately.

The following betting rules on BD Romney apply to all users:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. BD Romney is not responsible for bets placed in error.
• Odds Changes: BD Romney reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: BD Romney is not liable for bets cancelled due to network errors or technical issues.
• Maximum Win: BD Romney sets a maximum win limit per bet or per day. Any winnings beyond this limit are not guaranteed to be paid out.
• Accumulator Bet: You can combine multiple matches into a single bet, but all selections must win for the full payout.

BD Romney offers real-time odds during live betting. Results in live betting are determined more quickly, so please exercise caution before placing your bets.

BD Romney regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x the bonus amount). Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until these requirements have been met.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: BD Romney reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for the welcome bonus one time only.

BD Romney reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus terms change, a notice will be published on the site.

BD Romney takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a habit. To support this, we have put the following safeguards in place:

• Self-set limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for any period between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: Once applied, the account will be permanently closed and cannot be reactivated at any point in the future.
• Age Verification: Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

BD Romney reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Being identified as an underage user.
• Any serious violation of BD Romney's terms and conditions.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact BD Romney support. Ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before the account is closed.

BD Romney places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. What we collect:

• Name, address, email, and phone number provided at registration.
• A copy of your ID for KYC verification.
• Transaction history and betting records.
• Device information and IP address.

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses resulting from bets placed due to your own error.
• Transaction delays caused by disruptions to third-party services (e.g. mobile banking).
• Loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.).

BD Romney reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Registered members will be notified by email.
• Updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, please contact support to close your account.
